JJAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the first mortgagee, will sell by Public Auction at their sale yards, situated in South Road in Manaia on the 16th day of May, 1922, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the freehold of all that piece of land situated, in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement one rood, be the same a little more or less, BEING the section numbered 17 of the Block numbered 13 on the Public Map of the Town of Manaia, AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certifioate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 72, folio 129 (Taranaki Register), and in Memorandum of Mortgage number 43151, the saiH property being situated on the North i«oad, Manaia, and having a seven-roomed dwelling thereon. IF the Purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Lend Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown.
