JJAVE received instructions to offer the undermentioned Memorandum of Mortgage for sale by Public Auction at their Auction Mart, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on FRIDAY, the 21st day of April, 1022, at 2.30 o’clock. ALL THAT the interest of the Mortgagee under Memorandum of Mortgage registered Neumber 46953 of ALL THAT piece of land situate in the Taranaki Land Registration District, containing 110 acres, more or less, B|ing the Section number 2 of Block IV., on the public maps of the Huiroa Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 37, Folio 59 (Taranaki Registry).
The said Memorandum of Mortgage Number 46953 is a First Mortgage of the above described land, and secures the repayment of the principal sum of £1620 on the Ist day of August, 1925, together with interest in the meantime and until repayment at the rate of £7 per cenum per annum (reducible to £6 per centum per annum if <1 within 14 day®), payable half-yearly on the Ist day of the months of February and August in each year.
