The Shipbuilders Employers’ Federation has definitely- refused to negotiate with the men. It is well known that the shipbuilding firms are not embarrassed 'by the strike, as what little work is available can be disposed of by the men now working, consequently the yards are not affected. —Aus.-N.Z.
