HEAVY MORTALITY FEARED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received April 4, 8.30 p.m. Berlin, April 3. A fire broke out at the Anselm mine, in the Ratisbon district. Sixteen are dead, while 36 others were rescued in the gravest condition- Three hundred and eighty three are still in the burning mine.
