THE SOVIET LEADER.
CONTRADICTION OF ILLNESS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Copenhagen, March 30. Despite conflicting reports regarding Lenin’s health, it is alleged that he made an important speech at the All-Russian Congress in Moscow on Wednesday. TJa said that the most important thing for Russia was not the Genoa Conference, but the continuance of the new economic policy to strengthen relations with the peasants. Russia was greatly interested in the Genoa Conference, and she would be represented by some of her best diplomats. He predicted that if other countries were not too obstinate, Russia would achieve her purpose, but if too great obstacles were put before the delegates they might withdraw from the conference.
