RAILWAY POLICY.
IMPORTANT CHAYG.ES, A BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD. The Prime Minister has made several references lately to impending changes in railway policy. He has indicated that important steps are to be taken with the object of improving the position of the railways and meeting the criticism that has been directed against the railway management. It is reported that one of the measures contemplated is the association of an advisory board with the railway management. The board would be composed of business men, and its special function would be to suggest methods of improvthe railway system on the business side.
