NEW SHIPS BUILDING. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, March 29. Mr. Amery, replying to a question, said that 32 ships were at present under construction for the navy at an estimated total cost Of 20J millions, representing the programme which would be carried out over a number of years. No capital ships were included.
