A HAPPY BOROUGH.
ALL REVENUE COLLECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Te Awamutu, Last Night. A unique achievement has been accomplished by the Te Awamutu Borough Council, which, for three years in succession, collected all the rates and other revenue. Again, the year just closed shows a clean sheet, every penny of over £12,000 revenue having been paid.
