(a) 313 Acres, more or less, BEING Section 10 of Block L, Ngatimaru Survey District. AND BEING the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book, Volume 42, Folio 175 (Taranaki Land Registry.) (b) 62 Acres, more or less, BEING 'Section 4 of Block H., Ngatimaru Survey District, AND BEING the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 35, Folio 235 (Taranaki* Land Registry). (e) 37 Acres 2 Roods 29 Perches, more or less, BEING Sections 42, 43 and 45, and part of Section 41, Suburbs of Purangi, Block 11., Ngatimaru Survey District, AND BEING the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Register Book Volume 56, Folio 141 (Taranaki Land Registry). SUBJECT, ns regards all the said lands above described, to Mortgage Docket Registered No. 27012, to the State Advances Superintendent under which there is now owing for principal only the sum of £l3BO 12s 3d.
