In the House of Commons Mr. Chamberlain announced that the resolution which Mr. Lloyd George frill move on Monday is that the House approve the resolutions passed at Cannes as the basis fori the Genoa Conference and supports the Government in an endeavor to give effect thereto. Mr. Chamberlain hoped that the House would leave the matter to be dealt with by the Premier. He could not deal adequately with the scope of the conference by replying to questions. Mr. Archer Shee: Are we to understand that the Government intends to recognise the murderous anarchists of Moscow. / The Speaker said 1 that such a question should not be put. THE POLICY OF RUSSIA. Received March 30. 5.5 p.m. Moscow, March, 29. ■ Tchitcherin has indicated the Russian policy at the Genoa Conference. He “maintained that it was possible for Russia to conclude deals by means of loans or concessions of foreign capital without abandoning the economic foundations of Sovietism. He emphasised that agreements with other Governments must be expressed in a form completely recognising the Soviet Government.
