BURGLARS AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, March 29. Burglars entered a workshop at the rear of G. T. White’s (jewellers) premises in Lambton Quay some time during the week-end. The workshop was occupied by Gamble and Bloxall, working jewellers, and was ransacked, the thieves taking about £6O worth of odd stones and bits of gold. The burglars apparently found the task of getting into White’s jewellery shop too difficult. They, however, paid a visit to a tailoring room above and took away portions of suits.
