DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF COVENANT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to-day, the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for £BOO in the case in which Eliza Jane Gallagher proceeded against Wm. Walter Bicknell, of Greytown, farmer, to recover £7OO special damages for breach of covenants in a lease of farm property, also possession of posts, or £lOO, and £5OO special damages.
