MEAT EXPORT LEVY.
AUCTIONEERS MAKE DEDUCTIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Following on the expressed desire of the meat producers that the export levyon meat should be borne by them, at Addington to-day, fat stock auetiopeers announced that all bids for fat stock for export would be subject to a deduction of the tax in accordance with the notices from exporters, and the sale proceeded on these lines.
