IMMIGRANTS ARRIVING.
.NEARLY EIGHT HUNDRED DUE. Within a week nearly 800 more immigrants from England will arrive in New Zealand, divided between the liners Remuera, Corinthic, and the Dorset. The immigrants are nominated passengers under the New Zealand Government scheme, and also the Imperial Oversea Settlers’ Committee scheme. The Remuena’s immigrants total 265 and 25 domestics, under the care of a matron. The total number of passengers aboard, is 442. The Remuera’a immigrants are booked es follow:— For Auckland, 72; Napier, 21; New Plymouth, 6; Gisborne. 8; Wellington, 73; Nelson, 2; Westport and Greymouth, 6; Lyttelton, Timaru, and Oamaru, 35; Dunedin, 15; Southland, 2. Out of 432 passengers on the Coriathic, 262 are immigrants. They are booked as follow: For Auckland, 94; Napier and Gisborne, 6; New Plymouth, 8; Wellington, 70; Nelson, 6; Weat Coast, 13; Lyttelton, 27; Timaru, 5; Dunedin, 28; Bluff, 5. The Dorset has 245 inrmigmnta and 25 domestics are under the care of a matron. They are booked as follow: For Auckland, 83; Napier, 2; New Plymouth, 34; Wellington* 54; West Coast, 6; Lyttelton, 30; Dunedin, 11.
