ACTIVITY OF THE SOVIET. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Copenhagen, March 20. Advices from Riga state that the Soviet is busily preparing for war. Great forces from Kieff and Kharkoft have been sent to protect the Polish and Roumanian frontiers. Troops are also being concentrated on the Finnish border. The whole of th e 1922 class is being mobilised and military doctors called up. The Red fleet has also been placed on a war footing.
