OFFICER TO REPORT. Mr. W. E. Spender, officer in charge of school buildings, is to visit New Plymouth nex{ week to report on the present conditions of school buildings in New Plymouth. Advice to this effect has been received from the Minister for Education (Hon. C. J. Parr) by Mr. S. G. Smith. M.P. It will be remembered that tne unsatisfactory conditions existing at the New Plymouth schools was brought before the Minister by a -deputation which waited upon him at Stratford last week.
