SERIES OF ALLEGED FRAUDS.
London, March 5. A message from Vienna says that up-to-date frauds at Turin are alleged against two Americans, one of whom is a telegraphist attached to the American Relief Mission. He received by wireless the result of a race, and his accomplice in Paris heavily backed the winner with a bookmaker, who was unaware of the existence of direct communication. . Tlie lucrative operation was repeated three times. Both have been arrested.
