Poincare, after making sure that his action will not be misunderstood in Italy, has decided not to attend the Genoa Conference, but France will be represented. London, March 16. Mr. Chamberlain, replying to questions in the House of Commons, said the British delegation to the Genoa Conference would include Mr. Lloyd George and Lord Curzon. Copenhagen, March 16. Representatives of Denmark, Holland, Norway, Spain, and Switzerland, wil l meet at Stockholm to discuss the joint interests of neutrals at the Genoa Conference.
