Mr. A. Tiplady; clerk of the Eitham County Council, was on Saturday granted a fortnight’s leave of absence from duty for health reasons, the chairman (Cr. C. Ji Belcher) expressing the hope that the vacation would prove beneficial to Mr. Tiplady’s health.
