DEATH FROM POISON.
TRAGEDY OF A WAITRESS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Lost Night. Elizabeth Gallop, a waitress, aged 28 years, succumbed to poison, evidently self-administered. She was at the Central Hotel and had been conversing with a male friend when, she called out that she had taken poison. She was removed to -hospital, where she died. Deceased’s husband, it is believed, resides at Sydenham, Christchurch.
