MOPLAHS TO BE HUNG. OUTBREAKS FEARED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Conyrigi . Delhi, March 4. Seventeen Moplahs have been sentenced by martial law to be hanged at Coimbatore, making the third batch from that town. It is officially stated that the political situation in the United Provinces is rapidly deteriorating and the slightest provocation might bring outbreaks. Over two thousand demobilised soldiers are being enlisted as extra police for six months.
