Canadian Constructor, left New York on March 2 for Australia, Wellington, New Plymouth and Auckland. Due here in May. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa is scheduled to arrive at New Plymouth at 5.30 o’clock this morning from Onehunga with passengers and cargo. She will return north at 8.30 p.m. CORINNA TO-DAY. The Corinna is expected to arrive from Onehunga this morning. The vessel will load dairy produce for transhipment to the Somerset at Wellington, and will aiso take all available cargo for the south. KIA ORA TO SAIL. The loading of the liner Kia Ora is now in full swing, and the vessel is expected to clear New Pljtaouth to-morrow for Wanganui and Wellington. Due at Wellington on March 17, the vessel will sail on March 21 for London, via Cape Horn. KAIKORAI FOR NEWCASTLE. The Kaikorai, which is to load timber at Newcastle for the New Plymouth Harbor Board, left Wellington for that port at six o’clock on Wednesday evening. KAHIKA TO-MORROW. The Kahika, from South Island ports, ’9 due at Wellington to-day, and will be dispatched to-day for Npw Plymouth. The vessel will arrive to-morrow, and from tere returns south, via Nelson. MAINDY LODGE SOLD. The steamer Maindy Lodge,' which has visited New Plymouth, has been purchased by Messrs. Scott, Tell and Co. from her owners, the Maindy Shipping Company of Cardiff, which has gone into liquidation. The Maindy Lodge, whict: has been under charter to the new owners for the last twelve months, has been engaged principally in the Newcastle-Port Pirie ore trade, and will continue on that run. She is a steel screw steamer of 2686 tons register, and was built in 1916 by .1. Priestman and Co., at their Sunderland yard. Of a length of 290 feet, a breadth of 43 feet, and a moulded depth of 21 feet, she has her machinery aft. Large self-triminlng latches are another feature of her special construction as a collier. GALE REFLOATED. The Canterburj' Steam Ship Company’s steamer Gale, which grounded when entering port at Wanganui recently, was refloated on Tuesday and berthed undamaged. CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR REPORTED. Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Company advise that the Canadian Constructor, which left New York on February 28 for Brisbane, Sydney, Wellington, New Plymouth, and Auckland, is now due at Wellington on April 15. WAIOTAPU AT AUCKLAND. An arrival at Auckland early on Wednesday morning was the trans-Pacific cargo steamer Waiotapu, froun San Francisco. The vessel, which is to clear the northern port to-mor-row for Napier, Wellington, New Plymouth, and Australian ports, is due at Wellington about Wednesday next. PORT ALBANY REPORTED. Cabled advice has been received by the C. and D. Line to the effect that the Fort Albany, which left Wellington on February 11, cleared Monte Video on March G in continuation of ter voyage to London. CITY OF WINCHESTER FOR N.Z. ' Cabled advice has been received by the Federal Company announcing the departure from New York on February 28 of the City of Winchester for Auckland, Napier, Wellington; Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. The vessel is due at Auckland on April 4, and is due at Wellington about eight days later. NIAGARA REPORTED. The R.M.S. Niagara, from Sydney, via Auckland, arrived at Honolulu on Sunday, and resumed her voyage in the evening to Victoria and Vancouver. The vessel is due at the latter port on Sunday next. ARAWA LEFT COLON. Cable news has been received by the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company that their liner Arawa left Colon on the 6th instant for Southampton, and London, en route from Wellington. The vessel left Wellington February 11. CANADIAN MILLER LOADING. Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Co., .fellington agents for the Canadian Government merchant marine, advise that the Canadian Miller is at present loading at New York for Brisbane, Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Timaru. The vessel is expected to be dispatched towards the end of the current month. PORT DARWIN AT HULL. The C. and D. Line advises that ti e Port Darwin, which cleared Wellington on January 21 for Hull, reached her destination on March 7. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. SAILED. Onehunga, March 9.—Rarawa (5.30 p.m.). for New Plymouth; passed Manukau Heads at 7.10 p.m. Wellington. March 9.—Corinna (6.40 p.m.), for New Plymouth.
