' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong generally, but high and squally along the eastern coast. Weather changeable, with scattered showers probable on the east coast southward of Castlepolnt. The barometer will rise.”
