TOTALS GRADED IN FEBRUARY. The following particulars of cheese and butter graded during the month of February are supplied by the Department of Agriculture: — Butter Graded. Cheese Graded. February, 1922, 176,357 cwt. (inc. 33.87 per cent.); February, 1921. 1»1,729cwt. Total for seven months ended February, 1922, 892,915 cwt. (inc. 2.37 per cent.); February, 1921, 872,235 cwt. Converting these figures into butterfat equivalent there is an increase of 20.96 per cent, in butter-fat production for the seven monthly period ended February, 1922, over the corresponding period for 1920-21.
