NOT JOINING THE ALLIANCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Auckland police -force branch of the Public Service Association unanimously decided to refuse to sever its connection with the association, holding that the Government, and not the association bore responsibility for the wages reduction.
