MYSTERY STILL EXISTS. By Telegraph.—-Fress Assn.—Copyright. New York, March 4. The police have discharged the six alleged boot-leggers who were recently arrested in connection with Taylor’s murder. All proved a satisfactory alibi. The police now state that they have received a letter from a man, whose name is withheld, confessing that he killed Taylor in revenge for an old feud. He is fleeing overseas. The police are satisfied that the writer has a genuine knowledge as to who committed the crime.'
