B Y an order dated Ist December, 1921, amended on the 2nd and 24th February, 1922, the Supreme Court has directed separate meetings of (i) members of above-named company; (ii) persons having preferential claims against such Company for wages not exceeding £5O each; (iii) persons claiming to be ordinary creditors of such Company for amounts not exceeding £3O each; (iv.) persons having claims against such Company for wages beyond £5O each and persons claiming to be ordinary creditors of such Company for sums exceeding £3O each, to be called for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit approving a scheme of arrangement set forth in a provisional agreeiAent between the Associated Oil Corporation, Limited, and the said British Petroleum Development Company, Limited, dated the 30th day of September, 1921. Such meetings will be held on Wednesday, the twenty-second day of March, 1922, at the office of Mr. Alexander Elder Warnock, liquidator of the British Petroleum Development Company, Limited. Union Buildings, Customs Street, Auck land, at the respective times undermentioned.

(i) Members of the Company at noon. (ii) Persons having preferential claims against such Company for wages not exceeding £5O each, at 2 p.m. (iii) Persons claiming to be ordinary creditors of such Company for amounts not exceeding £3O each, at 2.30 p.m. (iv) Persons having claims against such Company for wages beyond £5O each, and persons claiming to be ordinary creditors of such Company for sums exceeding £3O each, at 3 p.m. At which place and respective times all the aforesaid members and creditors are requested to attend. A copy of the said scheme of arrangement can be seen at the office of Messieurs Hayes, Ziman, Buttle and Darling, Solicitors for the liquidator, Eldon Chambers, Wyndham Street, Auckland, at any time during office hours. The said members and creditors may attend such meetings respectively and vote in person or by proxy provided that all proxies given by the said members or creditors are deposited at the office of the said liquidator not later than noon on the twentieth day of March.
