NEW YORK BROKERS FAIL By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. New York, Feb. 27. Four more brokers have suspended payment, making 35 since the recent raids upon bucket shops commenced. MOSCOW STRIKE TROUBLE. London, Feb. 28. According to a Riga telegram a serious workers’ revolt arose in Moscow, following a strike in the railway shops and waterworks. A regiment of Red Guards joined the rebels and fired on the troops who were endeavoring to crush the malcontents. Fierce lighting followed and it took the Bolsheviks several days, aided by reinforcements, toquell the outbreak. LORD HARCOURT’S DEATH. London, Feb. 28. At the inquest on Lord Harcourt evidence showed that he had been unwell since his breakdown in health in 1919. A doctor ordered bromfilia as a sleeping draught the night on which he died. A verdict was returned that he was suffering from oedema and myocarditis, and that death was accelerated by a dose of bromidia. Death was due to misadventure by an overdose of bromidia.
