ECONOMIC RESTORATION.
INTERNATIONAL SCHEME FOR PROVIDING CAPITAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. London, Feb. 27. The organising committee of the International Corporation reported :n favor of the establishment of a national corporation in each affiliated country, with an aggregate capital of 20 millions sterling, to which Britain, France, Italy, and Belgium will subscribe equally, but other countries, including Japan a,nd America, have been invited to subscribe if they desire. The foregoing associations will be linked with the International Corporation with a capital of two millions, sitting in London, on which all the associations will be represented. The committee urges the Governments interested to obtain legislative authority to give the necessary guarantees to their respective associations, to enable .the commencement of operations immediately. The committee declines to deal with countries not recognising past debts and other international obligations.— Reuter.
