The following weather forecast was issued as 4 p.m. to-day: "Present Indications are for strong and variable winds, south-wester-lies to south-easterlies prevailing shortly. Weather dull and misty, with rain probable generally. The barometer is unsteady, but Is rising everywhere soon.”
