ADVANCE TOWARDS THE COAST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Shanghai, Feb. 27. The troops of the Far Eastern Republic, advancing against the White Army under General Merkuloff, of the JVladivostock Government, came into conflict with Japanese troops near SreJenka. A Harbin report says that the moveinent is spreading over the maritime Amur provinces and the White forces are unable to check it. The Koreans pre fighting with the partisans.
