TURKISH NATIONALISTS.

A MISSION TO EUROPE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Constantinople, Feb. 27. Yusuf Kemal, Nationalist Foreign 3linister, with other members of the mission to Entente capitals, is leaving to-day for Marseilles. Yusuf, who openly declared that the only Government for Turkey was the Angora Government, succeeded, despite the opposition of the Cabinet, in obtaining a long secret audience with the Sultan. It is not yet clear whether the Kemalists succeeded in what they covet, namely, the Imperial endorsement of the mission, which would enable them to speak in the names of the whole of Turkey.
