WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following weather forecast was issued at 4 p.m. to-day: “Present indications are for strong northerly winds, backing to westerlies northwards of Kawhia and East Cape, and northerlies increasing strong |o gale elsewhere. Weather warm and sultry in the east coast districts and unsettled and squally generally, with rain probable. Heavy rain and rivers rising in the west coast and southernmost districts. Barometer falling, but unsteady in the north.”
