ORGANISATION IN CHINA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, Feb. 24. The Hongkong correspondent of the Chicago Tribune states that American secret operatives are about to disclose the leaders of a white slave and narcotic ring, which has been operating in the Pacific for years. It is stated that American girls were brought to disorderly houses in China. The ring was also smuggling morphine and opium, into China. Headquarters of the organisation exist in Shanghai, Hankow and San Francisco. The arrests, which are expected to take place soon, include several of the richest foreigners in China.
