Colonel George Harvey (American Ambassador to Britain), under instructions, will watch developments at the forthcoming conference of Allied Premiers in Paris to consider the Near East situation. America is greatly interested, because the proposed settlement will affect American rights commercially, financially and educationally in the Far East.
