SWIMMING.
MEDALS FOR BEGINNERS. At a meeting of the W’anganui Swimming Centre it was decided to donate six silver medals for beginners in the Taranaki district, two to be donated for each Hawera, Stratford and New Plymouth beginners. The boys and girls are both to' swim 25 yards races.—Chronicle.
