MAGISTRATE’S COURT. (k (From Our Owh Correspondent.) Feb. 20. Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M., presided at a sitting of the Eltham Magistrate’s Court to-day. Henry Boniface, who pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to pay maintenance for two children, was ordered to pay 7s 6d per week off £32 12r lid arrears, and 5s per week future maintenance. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases: State Advances Superintendent v. John Nielson, £47 7s 4d and £1 15s casts; Eltham Drainage Board v. Archibald Cameron, £ll 7s 60 and £2 14s costs; A. E. Smalley v. E. J. Hickey and L. H. McSweeney, £4O 12s 8d and £4 13s 6d costs; Cyril L. Wilson v. Francis W. Shackleton, £l5 and £2 14s costs.
