HELP FROM NEW ZEALAND. By Telezraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Mr. W. H. Rose, chairman of the Save the Children Fund, has received a cablegram from Lord Weardale, chairman of the London committee, stating they are feeding a quarter of a million children and have established New Zealand kitchens in Saratov. Lord Weardale appeals urgently for funds for their work in Russia.
