GENOA CONFERENCE.
ALLEGED RUSSIAN DEMANDS. Bj’ Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Feb. 17. The Matin states that the Russian committee which is preparing the programme for the Genoa Conference will demand the observance by the Allies of Russia’s right to obtain from Germany all the restitutions and reputations based on the principles of the Versailles treaty. - Russia will insist on the return of sums deposited abroad, also the fleet, and demand an indemnity for loss of treasure removed from Siberia by the Czecho-Slovakian legionaries when‘Koncha k retreated.
