EX-GERMAN CABLES.
QUESTION OF DISPOSAL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrigtt. Washington, Feb. 17. The Acting-Secretary of State, Mr. Fletcher, has called a meeting of the International Communications Conference for next week to settle the disposition of the three ex-German Atlantite cables. Sir Auckland Geddes, M. J uss er and, Signor Ricci and Mr. Shidehara will represent Britain, France, Italy and Japan.
