“THE GIRL FOR THE BOY.” A bright presentation of the musical r. comedy. ’ The Gir] few the Boy,” ensured an appreciative reception for the D. B. O’Connor company at the Empire Theatre, New Plymouth, last night. The third and final performance for the season drew a large audience. Merriment was given full play, as the comedy sparkles with humor and amusing situations. A capable caste presented the entertainment, the respective characters being well portrayed, while bright mneical numbers were interwoven with lhe dialogue. The two acts did not contain a dull moment and the play provided a very enjoyable evening.
