At the Supreme Court, Christopher Nevin, who was charged with assault on William Churchill at Tauranga on November 28, when the latter had left with Mrs. Nevin a bag of cabbages, to which proceeding the accused Forcibly objected, the jury found a verdict of guilty on a charge of assault, oausinr actual bodily harm.
