WEATHER FORECAST.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following weather forecast was issued nt 4 p.m. to-day: "Present indications are for a general change in weather conditions. Strong northerly winds ruling in the north and north-westerlies to south-westerlies in and southward of Cook Strait. Expect cloudy and unsettled weathei, with rain following generally. The barometer is falling elsewhere, but Is probably rising shortly in the south.”
