It is believed in official quarters that France’s action in seeking an adjournment will cause President Harding to defer the reply. — Aus.-N.Z. Gable Assn. CANADA TO ATTEND. Received Feb. 12, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, Feb. 10. It is announced that Canada will be represented at the Genoa conference. Sir Charles Gordon is named as one of the delegation.
