By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following weather forecast was issued r.t 4 p.m.: “Present indications are for variable breezes, north westerlies prevailing shortly. Weather warm and fair to cloudy generally, but scattered showers are probable, especially in southern distrets. The barometer is unsteady, with a falling tendency in the south.’’
