AEROPLANE CRASH.
PARER’S EXPLANATION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—rorvrly’ht. Perth, Feb. 8. Lieutenant Parer, in explaining the accident at Boulder, whereby his machine was wrecked, states that it was dne to his own mistake, as in the hurry to get away he did not warm the engine sufficiently, arid took off at sixty miles an hour. The engine backfired after leaving the ground, and as the carburetter was starting the engine cut out.
