All the “black and tans” have left Ireland and are being discharged prior to March 31. Every effort is being made to absorb the men, and many offers of positions in colonial police are being received. BANK ROBBERY IN IRELAND. Received Feb. 7, 7.35 p.m. London, Feb. 6. Four armed men motored to a provincial bank at Birr, held up the staff, and escaped with ©yer £5OO.
