, HIGH COURT ASSEMBLES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. The Hggue, Feb. 3. The International High J/ourt of Justice, constituted under the League of Nations Convention, has assembled at the Hague. Dr. Loder, the Dutch representative, was elected president, and General Hammarskjold, secretary of the Swedish Legislature, was appointed registrar ot the Court. The first session was devoted to the creation of the necessary machinery.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
