RUSSO-GERMAN SYNDICATE. - By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Feb. 3. A Russo-German Air Navigation Company has been formed with a view to a regular air service from Konigsberg to Moscow by Russian Government aeroplanes. The company consists of a combination of the German General Electric Company, the Hamburg-American Line, and the Zeppelin Company, with the Russian Government. —Reuter.
