NEW IRISH FEDERATION. By Telerraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Jan. 20, 5.5 p.m. Paris, Jan. 36. The Irish Congress decided to form a new world federation, called “Fine Ghandheal”, meaning Family of Gael, with the following motto: “Greater than all telling is the destiny God has in mind for Ireland.” De Valera was elected president.
